"I feel like something sweet" that's what my friends goes around saying every day about ten times a day and sometimes I have to admit she is quite hard to please. So if you ever feel this way but you do not want to go through the hassle of baking here is something for you!
Shopping List
250 gr. ricotta cheese
100 gr. sugar
150 gr. coconut flour
cocoa powder (as much as you need)

1. Work the ricotta with the sugar, use a spoon to help you
2. Afterwards ad the coconut flour and keep on mixing until you get to a point in which you can make little balls
3. Once the little balls are ready roll them in the cocoa powder
4. Place them on a tray and into the fridge for an hour or two, if you are very impatient, then 30 minutes in the freezer will do
Voila...fresh, smooth and super tasty, these little treats, will not disappoint you but be careful they are quite addictive, but almost guilt-free!
