But if you cook it well is a great substitute and with this recipe you can even trick a meat eater to eat it, like I just did with my dad. </span><br />

crush the peanuts then add the dates, the dry fruit and the sugar and the
liquid chocolate and mix it until you get a sticky paste</span></li>

paste and cut it into regular disks using a whine glass or whatever you have at home</span></li>

my new blue and white racer, the third one since June… but what can you do, I
had to find “The One”. Anyway another
thing that makes me very happy nowadays is that I am searching for the best RTW
tickets, although with all these possible destinations the choice is rather
difficult. Monday Fabrizio came back from his trip in Iceland, what a place by
the way, would love to go there too, but maybe when I will be back, and so
while watching is pictures we had this amazing gnocchi made with chestnut flour
and “pimped up” with mushroom sauce. Now this is a quite an autumn dish back
home, but in Ireland at last today is autumn so is the perfect dish. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

cubes on a floured surface and cover them with a cloth, I don’t think there is
a need to do so, but my grandma used to do it all the time with the fresh past
so when I am not in a rush I do it too</span></li>

meantime chop the mushroom and place the dry mushroom in a bit of boiling water
so that they become really soft, you then can use the water to cook the rest of
the mushroom</span></li>

pan add some extra-virgin olive oil and then fry the onion and the garlic until
translucent then add all the other fancy mushrooms, the wine and cook until
tender then add the finishing touch, cream cheese and cook for another minute</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">In a large pot
bring approximately 1.5 liter of water to boil and add salt, then gently
“throw” some of the gnocchi, when they are floating they are ready</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Then with a <span class="apple-converted-space"><span style="background: white; color: #2b2d2d; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">scoop</span></span><span style="background-color: white; color: #2b2d2d;"> colander “pick-up” the gnocchi and
gently place them into a big bowl or another pot</span></span></li>

instead of rolling it just place it gently in the baking try and spread it
evenly with your fingertips, then make some holes with a fork</span></li>

add some courgette on the top</span></li>

polenta and almond cake! I thought I would feel last night whiskeys but no, I
am fresh as a rose, better as a daisy… apparently that’s how you say it in English,
well I only found out few weeks ago, after six years! Yesterday I went to Bray
to see my friend Alessandra…as was a very cloudy day I decided to cycle up to
then take the dart back, but Alessandra is a bad influence so instead of a
coffee we had a few glasses of red wine, which made me have the even greatest
idea to cycle back to Dublin, even though the sky when I left was pitch-black.
The possibility of getting completely trenched and the fact that my bike breaks
aren’t the best on rainy days did not put me off at all. I let you imagine why,
after all I was listening to Bob Marley so in my mind I was on beach in
Jamaica! Well in the end I made it back to Dublin safe and sound, on time to
deliver this cake over to my Annie’s friends! So here is my gluten free cheese

until you get a sticky paste, I did all with my hand, easy enough as dates are

the paste in a buttered baking tray and work it gently with your hand (not like

tasty bits over the base and place it in a preheated oven and cook for 20

see that I haven’t lost the ability to attract unwanted weirdoes, but after all

hair appointment, which is always a good cheer up, unless you get out of there
completely shaved. I am also trying to book few horse riding lessons, I know

<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Wrap the dough in cling foil and let it chill into the fridge for 10-15 minutes before using</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Cut all the vegetable and place them in a bowl and add a balsamic vinegar and oil (approximately 2 tablespoon of each or more if you wish)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">In another bowl whisk away the eggs with the cream fresh, add salt and pepper or seasoning</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Roll the pastry and place it into a baking tray (don’t forget to grease the baking paper or the tray with either butter or oil) then with a fork make some holes</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Then add the vegetables and pour over the egg and crème fresh mixture</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Cover with another layer of pastry, if you want you can skip the extra layer and just towards the end, add a nice layer of cheese</span></li>

euro. Money that could have been spent in million of better ways, not counting
the time I spent trying to finishing it! Thank god is my last one. Once I even had
the idea of doing a Master…ahahah!! I was thinking, maybe I should start using extracts from my dissertation to
start my blog, I bet my viewing would jump up so...</span></span></div>

<span lang="EN-IE"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Another funny day! Yesterday Magda I had a spontaneous
picnic on the animal benches on Smithfiled Plaza. The original plan was to go
to the food market in temple bar, but was too late so we went to Fresh and
bought olives, a baguette and hummus and priceless moment! Today we decided to
go for a cycle around the “fancy canal” (Dublin South Side) and ended up buying
our amazing dinner ingredients on the way! Halloumi cheese and wraps on south
circular road, sundried tomatoes on Thomas Street, where Magda dropped my bike
directly on my legs. Then we went down passed by the Plaza, cause I thought my
crazy man was still partying in his friend flat, but it was surprisingly having
few Sundays Guinness in his local. Last stop our Tesco in Phisborough for an aubergine
and caramelized onion hummus (too lazy today to make our own)! So what did we
make, Halloumi cheese wrap, a meal we used to have when we were leaving in “Abbey
Road” in London!! Ah London days the park in front of the Hawley Arms, Camden
Head, getting lock-in in the Crown and Goose, getting one pint of cider at The
Southampton arms and struggling to walk down to Heroes! The park on Sunday, watching
the guys playing football, Snog…too many things!So here is our London Style

went out after my work (I finish at 2AM), we went to the only place, at least
from appearance, looked to be the only one open in town, the Workman’s Club,

<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Make a ball and then let it rest for about 30 minutes (I put it into the fridge)</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Flour your work surface take the dough out of the fridge and start to roll out the dough and flouring it as necessary to keep it from sticking </span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Make a large sheet and cut it into irregular squares (I am the queen of irregular cutting)and let them rest on a flour plate meanwhile cut all the vegetable you need for the sauce</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Then in a sauce pan fry the garlic and the onion then add the asparagus and then the mushroom and let them cook in balsamic vinegar </span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">When ready add the ricotta or fresh cream and the parsley</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Mix the sauce with the pasta and then top it up with parmesan cheese or any other cheese!!</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Meanwhile slightly fry the onion and the garlic and add the frozen spinach and cook until tender (once again don’t forget the salt or seasoning) then add some parmesan</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Cook the instant polenta, I think now you should know how to cook it, if not just check my older posts, I will let you guess which ;-) </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Now the lentils should be ready, so just throw them into the blender add the bread crumbs, the sundried tomatoes and the sundried tomatoes oil</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Now that all the layers are ready juts make your favorite construction, (I made it into a large ramekin and then as you can see from the pic I just turn it) start and end as you want, just separate the polenta from the lentils paste</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Add some cheese and microwaved-it for a little while or oven-it if you wish to do so that it would be super warm and the cheese bubbly and just amazing</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Boil the lentils with the chickpeas the carrots the onion , of course the lentils will be ready before the chickpeas and will become a mash, but that’s exactly what you need, don’t forget the seasoning (I generally put the chickpeas in boiling water for a couple of hours and then I boil them, but you can cook them as you like)</span></li>
